RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
- A full merchandise refund for all orders will only be given if the item is returned within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in perfect condition. It must also be in the original packaging and box with tags attached and your original sales receipt.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return approval. We will then email you with instructions for the return. We will not accept any packages that have not been pre-approved for return.
- Please insure your package for the price of the items being returned and ship it via a trackable method with a signature required. Please pack your items carefully and wrap them to secure them from damage. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost.
- Upon receipt of your return, the item will be inspected and the return will be processed. Credit will be issued in the same form of payment. Please allow up to 30 business days after receipt of your return for credit to be issued.
- No refunds or exchanges will be given for custom designs, special orders or rings that have been resized.
